The heat treatment of the survival tool is also a crucial part of the manufacturing process and one that is very carefully controlled.The blade is made from 5mm, 75 Carbon Steel 54/56 Rockwell and has a full tang the blade has a shallow convexed grind which allows for a more durable edge, ease of sharpening and protects the cutting edge when using the survival tool for heavy work.

The handle is Walnut DymondWood and has been designed with three main grips, meaning that power and control can be altered depending on the job in hand.

Comes with a leather sheath not only protects the knife but keeps it secure and ensures that when the knife is drawn the hands are well away from the cutting edge.
